Gabriele Skelton founded our business in 1988 to find jobs for people in the creative sector. Throughout the 1990’s, Gabriele made a name for herself in providing the very best creatives in the industry. She grew the business to include client services and that initial drive and knowledge of the creative sector still permeates the agency today and since Gabriele’s retirement, we have continued to expand our recruitment services as new sectors – like digital + integrated – emerge and people seek the best talent.
For over two decades, we’ve maintained a culture of staying close to our candidates and clients to understand what each needs so that we achieve great results together. To us, it’s all making the chemistry work.
We’ve evolved in recent years – despite some tough times – because we can offer flexible freelance arrangements for our clients in uncertain times, and permanent placements when agencies grow and develop and need the expert direction of a Partner like Gabriele Skelton. As in Gabriele’s day, we still pride ourselves on finding the best candidates for the job. That’s probably why Design Week voted us ‘No.1 Recruitment Consultancy of the Year ’ three years in a row, a feat that brought that particular award to an end, that's the benchmark we strive to maintain to this day under the management of Karina Beasley (Managing Director) Fiona Watson (Director) and Peter Bobb (Associate Director)
