Michele has been recruiting for branding and design consultancies for over 10 years and joined Gabriele Skelton in early 2010. Her consultative approach - fully understanding clients' and candidates' needs - means she really gets to the heart of her clients' business and into the heads of her candidates. She's always happy for them to pick her brains, ask for advice or think laterally about a left-field role.
She loves the fact that many of them have dealt with her throughout their careers and continue to do so. It's a people business after all. The buzz of helping clients find great talent and placing candidates in their dream role never fades .
Life pre recruitment included working in London and Cape Town in design and marketing, sales promotion, PR and glossy magazines.
At Gabriele Skelton Michele's remit spans the whole range of client services roles - from client services directors to account execs and business development directors to cold callers. Since she subscribes to the view that variety is the spice of life, her clients range from the large global players to the edgy, highly creative boutique agencies.
