Sian Franklin
Design + Creative
Sian’s our integrated creative specialist, with a natural flair for identifying brilliant copywriters, art directors, designers and creative directors.
She has extensive experience, having worked in marketing and creative recruitment both in the UK and Australia and she has a real passion for finding the best match for her candidates’ skills, personality and career objectives – no square pegs into round holes for Sian! She also thoroughly enjoys supporting graduates as they start their careers, and often gets involved in critiquing portfolios.
A marketing degree and experience working in the industry mean she finds it easy to identify with her clients needs – she really “gets” the integrated agency world. And she’s also a great networker and enjoys getting involved in industry events as much as time allows. Outside work, her passions include watching Wales play rugby (and – preferably – winning!), travelling as far afield as possible, music, theatre, and her cats - Eric and Ernie. She also volunteers for the Terrence Higgins Trust in her spare time.
