We have a name for placing some of the best people in the creative and digital sectors. That’s because we have our ear to the ground and are constantly in touch with some of the best agencies in town. When the jobs come up, we get the call.
 
We’re always looking for candidates with talent and a great portfolio to back it up. Drive and ambition is also appreciated!

If you’re looking for a full time role, we’ll do our best to find you the right match. Please have a read of the following steps to understand how we work:

 

Step 1

Send your CV along with a summary of your experience. If you’re a creative (designer or writer), please attach some of your work in PDF format. We’ll then assess where your skills and experience match our client base. If there’s a match, we’ll arrange an interview with one of our consultants.

Step 2

This stage is a thorough interview process where we discuss the possibilities of finding you the perfect match. We’ll suggest the best agency fit with the opportunity to research those agencies.

Step 3

Agency expectations and salary parameters are discussed. And we’ll forward your CV to our clients, with your permission, and arrange interviews.

Step 4

All interviews are followed by feedback which can be helpful to refine your technique! We arrange all subsequent interviews and negotiate offers on your behalf.

And finally…

We maintain ongoing relationships with our candidates to keep track of your career progression and long-term prospects. Once you are placed, we’ll be in touch during the review period – usually three months – to make sure all is well. If you decide to move on, we always like to help further searches.
