Every business wants top talent to work for them. But how do you find the right person?

Over the years we have helped build agencies – in the UK and abroad – by placing people the best people in permanent roles. This requires an in-depth understanding of your company so that we can find you the right candidates – even where, at times, they may seem an unusual match!

Please have a read of the following steps to see how we can work with you on permanent placements:

Step 1

We’ll have an initial conversation about the kind of full-time role you need filling: including the level needed and details about the team the candidate will work with and the agency.

Step 2

We'll meet to get a feel for the agency – this helps us understand what kind of person you need, so that we can determine a ‘best fit’ for you. We’ll also take a thorough brief of the role, helping you craft the brief if needed.

Step 3

We will put forward candidates that we know and have interviewed, and we feel will be a good fit.  We make sure that everyone has matching expectations, and follow through with feedback from you. 

Step 4

We arrange any further interviews and negotiate offers between you and the candidate. We'll guide both you and the candidates through the probation period and make sure everyone is happy with any full-time placement.
