Account Manager to join a small, but growing and successful multi-channel communications agency in London.
If you’ve got that certain oomf and charisma, love to be hands-on and in control, but also client facing, with integrated multi-channel communications experience this could be just the account management job for you!
Joining this exciting, client-centric agency, as account manager you’ll be responsible for delivering all client project needs. Self-motivated and organised, responsible for all day-to-day communications with the relevant client teams. You will help define the project scope, deliver project documentation, develop estimates and project plans and ensure smooth execution through to delivery. You would be responsible for accurate resource projections on a project by project basis working closely with the CSD. Managing all activities to ensure optimum profits are delivered, as well as managing client expectations.
But as a key account manager, also have a passion for the work and a sense of team fun!
As a fab account manager, do you have the following experience? :
-Client or agency experience in a similar role
-Experience managing small, medium and large budgets
-Ability to manage a project throughout the whole lifecycle, however complex
-Identify, track, manage and resolve project issues.
-Knowledge and experience managing multi-channel integrated and digital projects
-Able to manage and mentor other team members and resolve issues
-Excellent time management skills
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Self-motivated and proactive
