We’re looking for a bright graduate to come on board to do a short internship*, with a view to joining our creative recruitment team as a resourcer. Have you recently finished your degree in Design Studies, Digital Media, Advertising, Marketing or something similar, and want to put your knowledge of theory and research into practice? Then we want to hear from you! This could lead into a longer term career in creative recruitment, or set you in the right direction for a career within the creative industry. We are looking for future stars.

You will work closely with the senior team, using the obvious social media tools for head hunting, as well as researching and finding ‘who’s who’ so that we can find the right people for the right job – that’s what we do best.  You’ll have fun researching into latest trends in the industry, and will work with the best design, branding, digital and integrated agencies . Also, you will support Senior Consultants ensuring existing client and candidate relationships and activity on recruitment briefs are maximised.

We want someone who has energy, get up and go, is a natural communicator, not afraid to spark up conversations, be able to engage with people quickly. And that person will have good working knowledge of social media including Twitter, Facebook and ideally Linkedin, as well as experience of digital media ideally. And we want you to be a real organiser with a passion for the creative industry!

*we will pay for travel and lunch in the first 1-2 months of this internship. If we both decide this is right for a longer term ‘employment’, you will receive a full contract and salary from £18k upwards.
