This independent creative
agency combines strategic and creative thinking to deliver compelling and effective
brand communications that help organisations influence how people think, feel
and act.
Quite a lot of their work is
about internal communications including employee engagement, graduate
recruitment, sustainability campaigns, diversity programmes, internal brand
expression and talent attraction, through to creative thinking workshops.
However, they also work on
external communications, believing that the fundamental skill sets apply to
both sectors, and have a worked with major clients on all sorts of programmes
including; brand and corporate identity, employer branding, corporate
communications and reports, integrated marketing communications and through to
internal advertising campaigns.
Under the auspices of a great
Creative Director, all work is done by a small team of 3 and they now need to
replace a designer who's leaving. They are seeking to recruit an
experienced midweight or a senior designer.
It’s a very hands-on design
role. Although this isn't a client-facing role, you will work very closely with
the rest of the creative team and with the strategy/client services team on
projects - this agency is very very strong on team-work, so you will remain
pretty close to projets throughout the design process.
On most occasions this
designer will be working within brand guidelines to communicate the changes and
incentives to the client's employees - so this could include print
communications, taking these online (look & feel, front-end only), maybe
even into video or into exhibition/event graphics too.
Only candidates with relevant
experience in the field of both internal and external communications will be
considered for this role and all interested candidates should send in samples
of relevant work with their cv.
Whilst we promise to look at
all applications, only successful candidates will be contacted.
