This Exeter based communications agency could be the perfect place for a Senior Account Director currently in a well-known London agency and looking for a better work/life balance. This Senior Account Director would be joining what is a successful agency who have been operating for over 20 years, very ideas led, working with national and international clients. It’s all about branding, communications, marketing, digital comms, video, advertising…working with mainly B2B clients and with a strong emphasis on the pharmaceutical sector and financial services. Experience in this sector would be a bonus of course!
Apart from the delights that Exeter and the surrounding area has to offer in terms of lifestyle, and the close proximity to the beautiful Devonshire country and seaside, this is a serious role for a big player.
As Senior Account Director, you would be expected to have good agency experience, ideally from a London or recognised agency, and will immediately be part of the management team. A view and desire to becoming a director is very much on the cards.
Core skills needed :
- Supporting the current equity Directors in running a happy, successful and profitable business.
- Maximise all opportunities for income development with new business and some existing client work
- Growing the agency’s turnover
- Motivate, initiate, lead a 5 strong account management team
- Pass through workflow efficiently
- Promote and champion the efficient production and quality of agency work
- Be a role model, to maintain and build the agency’s personality, be a brand champion
- Attend monthly meetings with Directors to assess company performance
