A boutique digital brand agency in SW London are looking for a Digital Project Manager to manage web builds, digital branding and on-line campaign projects. Variety is the spice of life at this very creatively-led agency who work with a diverse range of clients including large organisations, SMEs and individuals.
The project manager must have relevant experience of working in a digital capacity at either a design, marketing, or advertising agency. A project manager with an excellent and all encompassing knowledge of digital and with proven project and client management skills. You will know how to manage the development and build of a website.
It's a very small digital agency and so cultural fit is hugely important as the digital project manager should slot in easily with the rest of the team. With this in mind, their ideal is a project manager who enjoys smaller teams and one who is highly motivated, passionate about the creative industry and who demonstrates a knowledge of the digital market and an appreciation of its issues. The digital project manager must also have strong time management and communications skills to ensure work is delivered seamlessly and with a smile.
Role of the digital project manager:
+ Ensuring the project runs according to the scope, plan and specification
+ Working with team members to allocate roles and responsibilities as part of the planning
+ Help with estimating a budget for the project
+ Identifying project risks and planning risk mitigation
+ Acting as a catalyst for project reviews and monitoring
+ Facilitating the smooth running of the project, establishing clear processes and communication channels internally and with the client
+ Arranging and running meetings which keep the project moving forward
+ Keeping the team informed of progress, fees and costs, timing and client issues
+ Co-ordinating and producing all documentation
+ Being one of the main client contact on certain projects
+ Being responsible for the profitability of projects
+ Being responsible for managing the quality and delivery of third parties
+ Maintaining and protecting the highest standards of creativity
+ Be able to interpret and discuss briefs with all team members
+ Show a willingness to learn about our industry and our clients business
+ A problem solver with a positive attitude
+ Design and creative management experience - dealing with suppliers
+ Ability to work to deadlines with minimum direction
