Digital Production Director - acclaimed digital branding agency, £70k

Digital Production Director (or Delivery Director) sought by a highly acclaimed digital branding and communications agency.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable digital experience and be responsible for managing and coordinating the Project Managers and Producers across their respective Client or Account Groups.

The digital Production Director (Delivery Director) will ensure the efficient and successful delivery of all projects according to client requirements and the high standards of this digital branding and communications agency. The digital Production Director will partner with the Client Services Director, Head of Creative Services and the Technology Director.

As a senior member of the team, the digital Production Director will be seen as a leader within this award winning agency, providing insights and challenging their current way of working, and looking at new ways to evolve the agency in this multi-channel environment. The role will be a key stakeholder in the development, implementation and adoption of new and existing systems and processes.

The digital Production Director (or Delivery Director) will have this key experience:
+ brilliant project, personnel management, client management and commercial and leadership skills
+ proven track record in project execution, managing multiple digital projects and campaigns from start to finish
+ track record in assessing delivery frameworks and maintaining 'best of class' when it comes to the production process
+ highly organised, able to manage full documentation, systems and people
+ experience of various agency models a bonus, probably in a mix of integrated and digital
+ at least 5 years digital agency experience is a must at this level
