Resource Manager

Location: London
Salary: Up to £45k

This highly acclaimed design agency is looking for an uber organised and confident individual with good financial management skills to join their Creative Services team.

As Resource Manager you will be responsible for the allocation of resources for all projects, proactively trafficking workflow, ensuring the resource plan is being carried out and highlighting any issues to facilitate resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Coordination of quarterly resource forecasting
+ Ongoing maintenance of resource forecast
+ Understanding of project pipeline to assess skills set deficiencies
+ Trend analysis of resource requirements across the business
+ Line manage 30+ strong design studio

This is an incredibly busy and demanding role where things change constantly requiring excellent attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You need to be able to think coolly in strressful situations; dealing professionally and objectively with both colleagues from across all markets, senior management and clients.
