THE COMPANY:
A European, integrated production hub with headquarters in Central london who design, adapt, manage and produce all communications across broadcast, web, press and print.

THE ROLE:
A critical role for a major player from the print world to take on the mantle of UK Print Director and form part of the Management Team in building the UK side of the group. With Print Management playing a hugely important role with the partner company based in France, they are keen to replicate this in the UK, hence the need for a UK Print Director to take the helm. Acting as ambassador for the group, the UK Print Director will play a lead role in driving the company forward and will ultimately assume responsibility for developing strategic thinking and realising solutions to clients' buying strategies, whilst managing the delivery of integrated print solutions for these clients. Commercial expertise and financial acumen are essential skills and must be demonstrated by a successful business development track record within the print sector, in addition to proven experience in print management as a Print Director, potentially from a big corporate, agency or print management background, which will be demonstrated by a robust database of contacts.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage the delivery of integrated print solutions for Gutenberg clients
+ Sourcing key print suppliers, cost efficiency, procurement issues, best practice and new technology
+ Working with Client Operations Director in completing RFI's and RFP's responding with innovate solutions for print management

KNOWLEDGE:
+ Key experience in print management and robust database of contacts
+ Strong pre-press experience
+ Successful business development track record within print sector
+ Ideally knowlegde of the international print market

+ presentation skills
+ Commercial expertise
