THE ROLE
A junior Account Manager to assist Account management in the delivery of projects and revenue, ensuring day-to-day smooth running of client accounts and the provision of excellent account service. Reporting to the Account Director and Senior Account manager, the Junior Account Manager will take an active role in the setting and managing of client expectations and in building and maintianing strong, fruitful and long-lasting relationships with those clients. Previous experience of project management is essential as the Junior Account Manager will be the one to maintain lines of communication between the studio, the supplier and the client, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client management:
+ Manage client expectations in order to always meet and preferably exceed their expectations
+ Write and send contact reports within 24 hours
+ Prepare and send time-lines within 24 hours
+ Obtain signed estimates on all work
+ Pre-empt client needs
+ Manage issues for the client
Project management:
+ Maximise profit
+ Negotiate costs with suppliers
+ Negotiate time with studio
+ Prepare estimates and obtain approval
+ Plan and control studio time
+ Work independently on smaller projects
+ Monitor job to client delivery: alleviate delays
+ Brief the design and finished art early
+ Prepare contact reports for all decisions
+ Organise pre-production meetings
+ Maintain contuinuous communication with studio, client and supplier
+ Proof read all material leaving agency
+ Ensure artwork is supplied mistake free
Administration
+ Control and coordination of financial documents
+ Invoice projects progressively
+ Ensure all correspondence is filed systematically
+ Maintain abnd promptly submit timesheets
+ Maintain up-to-date filing and documenation (including all presentations)
+ Undertake Cartegory and Store audits to assist local and Global team
+ Conduct desk research as required inot clients and categories and to support new business.
