Based in the beautiful surroundings of Kent, but within easy commuting distance of London, this bright, lateral thinking branding agency is looking for an inspirational design director to work with them - from the brand identity to the packto the pos, for some of the best known prestige, premium and mass market consumer brands in the world.

They believe that emotion lies at the heart of every great brand experience and due to an ever growing client base, they are currently seeking a Design Director who believes the same thing. This Design Director will possess an immense creative talent and a proven track record of producing outstanding work across all aspects of consumer brand creation, including NPD, packaging design (both 2D and 3D), NPD, product and POS.

With a minimum of 7 years' experience in this specialist branding agency sector, this Design Director will be a true professional with a burning passion for design who is looking for a long-term move to an agency where they are trusted, where their creative talents are appreciated and where their views are respected.

They'll mix hands-on design themselves with team leading and client facing - so the mix of big picture thinking, presentation, motivation and the ability to roll up their sleeves and put pencil to paper and mouse to mac is essential.
