'A high-flyer and natural leader on their way up' would best describe the personal characteristics of this Senior Account Manager or junior Account Director.

Professionally, they will have strong branding experience, gained at the best agencies and from the brightest thinkers because this Senior Account Manager or junior Account Director will be a thoroughbred, not a workhorse: one who can command an audience with their presence and lead by example; one who can contribute to the brand strategy debate with their in-depth knowledge of branding, identity and communications, and one who is ultimately dedicated to the delivery of exceptional client service.

IN ADDITON:
+ experience in ideally corporate and brand communications, as well as identity and implementation
+ some exposure to digital also helpful, but a willingness to learn the basics is more important
+ hands on but also the natural senior or leader in the team
+ passion for creative work and making money in equal measure
+ some experience of running a small team
+ able to write proposals and presentations
+ intelligent, with a top degree from a recognised university
