The way we work is as simple as it is effective: we meet, talk, listen carefully and make sure we understand exactly what you’re after. We take the time to understand your business and find out what sort of candidate would be right (and indeed wrong) for you. Our approach is about commitment, professionalism and providing a level of service beyond the norm.

Above all we keep things simple. Marketing-speak and techno-babble are banned. Attention to detail and clear client focus are what you can expect from GSL. We carry out in-depth interviews with all our candidates and only send you CVs after we’ve established a candidate’s details genuinely matches your profile. That way you only get the cream of the crop.
